With the webstandards project in place for several years now, aren't all of your sites optimized for all browsers. Do you actually use your visitors browser stats to optimize for a certain browser?? I still believe it's a statistic that is easily extracted and does not really matter all that much.

No don't really use them. FireFox is always boss. Visitor language is a rather neat thing tough... But the map overview in Google is easier to analyze.

No don;t use them all that much either. Especially because I use standard web-packages for most of my sites: eg. WordPress and phpBB (for this forum) and they are pretty much optimized.

Sometimes skins are a little f*cked up, but I test all my sites in different browsers anyways.
