Post Just set up Woopra
I just set up Woopra on this board and my blog at http://www.zhoog.com. I'm waiting approval and will let you know what I think about it. It does offer realtime tracking, wich would be a pretty cool feature. It'll probably keep me off work a lot more.

I've just been approved and have now downloaded and installed their software.

No errors here and when I opened the tool all went smooth. I could log in correctly and it's fast.
I guess becasue it runs locally all the graphics and menu's can load so fast.
You can litterally see your traffic streaming in. Very Very cool. And becasue it's real time you can set noticification for when you get a hit on a new blog post through a referral. This would mean your new post has been picked up and you should just wait for more traffic.

I'll get back with more features later!

Wow, I can even chat with my website visitors. Give them a warm welcome... Ask them why the are not clicking on my 'money button' etc..

Very, very cool!

I just got plugged again for my 50 stunning renders post: http://www.zhoog.com/2009/01/50-of-the- ... d-renders/.
Woopra gave me a great overview of the action. There's a thoundand of hits comming in... Very cool!

Whach the action in this flash file, it may be a bit large (11 mb):
own_uploads/hits.html

This also shows how good content will get picked up and overflows you with visitors and backlinks...

Just thought I'd share.

Wow that's a lot of traffic. How much will that result in in one day!!

Is Woopra keeping up with it? I heard some stories of their servers going down once in a while!

Yes it's been massive. So far 10.000 page views... And this excactly the downside of Woopra, I now notice. They stop tracking once you hit 10.000 pageviews a day. This is because they are still in Beta and want to be able to test their server load and keep updating at the same time. The final product will probably have unlimited page views.

Was quite an experience there: 10.000 visitors in 3 hours. Pretty cool.

Let's see what tomorrow brings!

BTW: That number is per website, not per account.

So I'm still getting info for this site!

Indeed, very good service. Just started Woopra a week ago. Only had succes on one chat invitation though. People are pretty weary of that blue popup, probably think it's some kinda adverisement and don't read it.
Also, does it re-apear on every page they visit on your site?
