Is there any tool out ther that will show me the keywords used per IP and at the exact time they visited my site. I would like to get this info. In Google this is not possible as they don't show IP adresses.
This info would be very useful for my campaigns, as I think there might be some clickfraud going on on my ads! I have no proof until I can get this data.

You could try Woopra (more info here). It tracks your visitors in real time and shows you IP,s in realtion to country, referrer and, if used, searchwords. It's free and pretty handy for seeing if your ads are being auto-clicked.

Might take a while before you get approved now (they do this by hand) as approval has been slow lately.
