Is there an analytics tool that can measure conversions for all three mayor players: Google, MSN and Yahoo?

You can alwyas set up special landing pages for each campaign or ad. That way everything is easily tracked and the landing page is customized to fit the ad.

Setting up landing pages is always a good idea indeed.
And I believe you can set up something similar with campaigns, you can set up ways to track banner and email campaigns. I haven'tried it yet, as it I've never run a campaign, so I don;t know if this would solve the problem.
